Conferences of the Federation of Mongolian Horse Racing Sport and Trainers.

First Conference:

  • There are 221 commissioners from 19 aimaks participated at Culture Centre of the Mongolian Manufacturers Committee May 25,1995 in Ulaanbaatar
  • Puntsagbaljir Galbadrakh has opened the Conference
  • Bayarmagnai Adiya has presented and discussed the presentation of the first Conference
  • Decision to establish the Federation of Mongolian Horse Racing Sport and Trainers has been met.
  • Elected G.Puntsagbaljir as Chairman, G. Battumur and D.Sadnamjamts as Vice-Chairman, G.Tumurhaduur as Secretary General and another 15 people as Leading Members.

The first Conference was financed by G.Puntsagbaljir and G.Battumur.

 

The 1st Chairman FMHRST Puntsagbaljir Galbadrakh

Born in Erdene soum in Tuw aimak, 1957. Descendant of many trainers. 
Achieved secondary education. Chess master.
Worked as Chairman of the Federation from 1995 May till 1996 November. In this period worked hard to successfully increase the reward of horse racing and value of horses.

Second Conference:

  • Helt at Kharkhorin in 1998 July 25th.
  • 150 commissioners from 21 aimaks
  • A.Bayarmagnai has opened the Conference.
  • U.Buyandelger has presented the presentation.
  • Conference has complimented the operations of the Federation
  • Elected U.Buyandelger as Chairman and S.Jargal and G.Battumur as Vice Chairman.
  • Elected A.Bayarmagnai as Permanent Secretary General
  • Elected 18 people as Leading Members.

 

Secondary Chairman of the Federation Buyandelger Ulambayar

Born in 1946 Darkhan soum of Khentii aimak.Grandson of Famous Khalkh archer and horse trainer Ononmur of 19th-20th Century.Educated in University of Agriculture in Irkutsk, Russia. Received Mongolian Great Trainer Award in 1999. Worked as Chairman of the Federation for 5 years from December 1996 till December 2001. 
Worked hard and successful to tighten the structure and organization of the Federation, also to find the capital to fund the IkhKhurd 1st and IkhKhurd 2nd Races.

Third Conference:

  • The Conference was held at Information Technology Park 21 December 2001 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
  • 143 commissioners representing 20 aimaks and towns have attended.
  • A.Bayarmagnai has opened the Conference
  • U.Buyandelger has presented the report
  • Ts.Dashzeweg has administered the Conference
  • Conference has supported and complimented the operation of the Federation and instructed to operate with new methods.
  • D.Bat-Erdene was elected as Chairman of the Federation
  • G.Batkhuu as Premier Vice Chairman
  • D.Sadnamjamts and G.Battumur as Vice Chairmen
  • A.Bayarmagnai as Secretary General
  • 21 other people as Leading Members has been elected.

 

Chairman Bat-Erdene Dashdemberel

Born in 1963 Tsogttsetsii soum of Umnugoviaimak. Descendant of Great Trainers of the Govi. Studied Philosophy in National University of Swerdlowsk, Russia. Worked as Teacher in Army School and President of Ajnai Corporation. 
Worked as Member of Mongolian Parliament from 2004 - 2008.
Received Great Trainer Award in 2004.Worked as President of the Federation for 7 years from December 2001 till December 2008.
Took steps to strengthen bureau of the Federation in rural areas, devise a system to value the works of trainers. Created conditions of the laws and rights of horse racing.

Fourth Conference:

  • Held at Information Technology Park in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia on the 9th of April 2005.
  • 124 commissioners from 21 aimaks and town.
  • A.Bayarmagnai has opened the Conference
  • D.Bat-Erdene has presented a Report
  • Ts.Dashzeweg has administered the Conference
  • The Conference has complimented the operation of the Federation however some people have made complaints.
  • D.Bat-Erdene as the Chairman of the Federation
  • T.Enkhbat as Premier Vice Chairman
  • T.Enkhtaivan as Vice Chairman
  • A.Bayarmagnai as Secretary General
  • 31 people as Leading Members has been elected.

 

Fifth Conference:

  • Held in Ard Cinema Hall in Ulaanbaatar 6 December 2008.
  • 178 commissioners from bureau of Capital city and 21 aimaks have attended.
  • G.Battumur has opened.
  • D.Bat-Erdene has presented the report
  • Member of Mongolian Parliament Su.Batbold has administered the Conference
  • Conference made a decision it is right to start new level of operation for the Federation.
  • Deputy Minister of Mongolia M.Enkhbold was elected as President of the Federation
  • Bilegdemberel Banzragch as Premier Vice Chairman
  • Ariunbold Lhagvajav, Batsuuriyichil and Baasankhuu Suren as Vice Chairmen
  • SergelenPurev as Secretary General
  • 45 people as Leadership Member has been elected.
